Days after the viral video of the brawl between Baron Geisler and Kiko Matos, URCC founder Alvin Aguilar issued an open invitation last May 30, 2016, to both actors, fight inside the cage. According to Aguilar, the said match will only push thru in one condition, and that is before they fight, they must first reconcile.
Both actors immediately responded to the invitation of Aguilar and agreed to make the fight happen to which will serve as an exhibition match under the main event of Hoffman vs. Chan this coming June 25, 2016.
After the confirmation of the fight between two actors, there was a sudden boost in ticket sales, which URCC management came to a decision to move the venue to a bigger location to accommodate larger spectators. The new venue will now be at the Valkyrie Grounds at Uptown Bonifacio instead of the Palace Pool Club.
In a video circulating online that shows Baron together with his brother Donnie Geisler, a former member of the Philippine Taekwondo team is helping him train for his upcoming fight against Kiko Matos. Baron Geisler, which is also known to be a black belter in Taekwondo, shows off his skills during the said video.

Netizens have mixed reactions for the said fight to which some are excited, and some are not. Some are even saying that it is just a gimmick. From a survey done online on Rappler Sports, most respondents wanted to see the fight under the URCC rules.
Aguilar stressed out that it would be better for the actors to settle their differences inside the cage rather than to fight in bars. Aguilar even added that the upcoming fight between the two is just a venue for them to let off steam.
The fight between the two will be under the rules and regulations of URCC.
